Melange - Canton

We hadn 't been here in almost a year. Knew there was a new menu and thought it was time to try it again. We were NOT disappointed. Celebrating a little milestone, so we splurged a bit. Natalie....our server...was the BEST. Very attentive. As was the entire staff. Food was great. Sorta pricey though....$200 all-in for the 2 of us. And $10 for valet parking? At these prices...that should be thrown in....especially in the winter months. 1 other minor thing....the dessert we ordered was unfortunately 86. So, Natalie offered the Chocolate Tower on us . It was, however, on our bill. It was outstanding...somewhat making up for that. Oh, yeah. The background music needs a bit toning down. All in all, we 'll be back.

We really appreciated our time! The servers were outstanding and the manager was so friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this place. We loved the energy and people, but the food was so flavorful, quickly brought out, and the presentation was very pleasing. 100% for sure coming back.

We were so excited to go to Melange unfortunately it was so disappointing. We love Alexander Pierce and had expected a similar experience with regard to service and food quality it was so underwhelming.

Thank you for adding your burger to the menu it is our favorite from Alexander Pierce. Your revised menu fits the Canton crowd much better. Great service and food

My wife and I went here for the first time, and we will definitely be back! The ambiance and service were phenomenal. We ordered the Korean corn dog appetizer which was deliciously salty and slightly spicy from the gogujang. My wife had the chicken parmesan. The chicken portion was gigantic! We took half of it home. My wife keeps talking about how juicy the chicken is. I ordered a 10oz sirloin with mushrooms and blue cheese. The sirloin was cooked perfectly, and the mushrooms were so good, I felt like I could eat a bucket of them. We had a few drinks and generally enjoyed each others company. There was a buzz of conversation in the air from the other patrons, but it was easy for my wife and I to have a conversation at normal volume. Our server was very attentive and super friendly. We are very excited to go back here.
