V Raj Balti And Kebab House

The photo speaks for itself. Arrived late and food was cold (not surprising).

I have visited this kebab house on several occasions and have never encountered any issues. However, last week when we ordered chicken nuggets, we received chicken drumsticks instead. Unfortunately, we did not check our order before leaving and the kids were disappointed. The younger staff member working there was not very friendly, which affected the usual good customer service of the restaurant.

Do not order from this restaurant! The food was the worst I have ever had. It arrived an hour and a half late, soggy and bland, tasting disgusting. When I complained, I was told the food comes frozen and just fried - what else did I expect? The delivery driver came an hour later, demanding that I retrieve the food from the bin to take it back. I was then refused a refund by the owner, who said it was not his problem. This was the worst experience ever. I highly recommend that anyone thinking of ordering from here go elsewhere. The food was terrible, the service was even worse, and the attitude was horrendous. Places like this only care about taking money and not providing a proper service. They do not understand the importance of repeat customers and maintaining a good reputation. I truly hope this place shuts down, as it does not deserve to be in business or profit off of people like the owner. They were incredibly rude and indifferent.

Decided to stop by the Raj as it had been recommended to us by our friends. We ordered 2 kebabs, a chicken tikka one and donna one too. We also had a pizza and burger and chips. All the food was cooked fresh and was very tasty. The chicken tikka kebab was like nothing I'd ever had before... the tikka added a nice extra kick to it. The pizza was not too greasy and we enjoyed it! The staff were all very friendly... Nazz and Saleem both very knowledgeable about the menu and recommended us on certain dishes. Overall wonderful food with great service. Highly recommend!!!
