Simply Asia Woodstock

This isn’t a review of the actual venue or the service (our waitress was divine and attentive) but the food.. specifically the pad thai… was the most tasteless; uninspired; 1 dimensional dish ever and all the ingredients were the same colour. i got it as a takeaway and had to doctor it to make it taste vaguely interesting. very disappointing.

Had to request service after waiting for some time. Order took very long even though I was the only person there. Quality of food was also low and plate was not clean.

Visited this branch today and they got my order wrong 3 times, instead of a resolution and apology I had the manager tell me that's how they make it. I've had issues with this branch via Mr Delivery aswell but to have a valid complaint and be scolded by the manager who was super annoyed by my very valid complaints. I even left the food because I was tired of sending it back. I love Simply Asia and no other branch has this poor standard of food or customer care.

Waited sooooo long for our food, which was then sent to the wrong table. About 5 plus other people complained about their orders. Our mains came before our starters lol. Food tasted good though.

This has got to be some of the most delicious food in the city! The food takes 45minutes+ to be served so be prepared for a long wait but iv never been disappointed. 100% worth it. If you like flavoursome food and you can wait a little, this is where it’s at.
