Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Camillus

We went through the drive through and it took 35 minutes to get an order for 2 people. The food was actually good, just not wait 35 minutes to get food from drive-through good.

11-2-23. Save your money and time!!! This company has hired ppl who are in no way, shape, or form deserving to be in the industry of public service, let alone fast food!! Today as a last minute meal for a small group, 3 hours before closing I pulled into the drive through and was the only vehicle there, (and I now see why) when the drive through attendant spoke with an immediate attitude as if I was the disruption of silence at the place of work! POPEYES!! That was how I was greeted at a place where I came to spend money! ?? I said hello, and there was silence and a loud sigh and once again POPEYES!! Miserable ppl I can not feed into!! I'm having a great night and will continue to have a great night! Ppl are becoming mindless, lazy and rude for no reason!! If you dont like the job, find a new one!!So, tonigh I will take my money elsewhere!! But I will report this sad excuse for customer service!

Tonight, I stopped with my nephew for order a sandwich, at 10:15pm; tonight they supposed to closed at 11:00pm, first in the drive true we wait like 14 min, we decide go to the front door, and was closed, so we asked trough the second window( where you pay), and a lady that supposed to be doing her job in the first window, said to one guy: “they have to turn around again”. When we turn and request the order they said they have NOT CHICKEN SANDWICHES, 45 min before the time to close. I was exeptical, my first day at Popeyes at Township’s location, and my LAST for sure.

Ordered $30 dollars family meal of 4 chicken sandwiches online, after I had paid and drove to pick it up they told me they were out of chicken sandwiches. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t and I would have to contact customer service. I tried contacting customer services and they offered me a 3 dollar refund. They wouldn’t refund for items they didn’t have.
