Such a special hidden gem that is in a quiet, pretty environment in hampstead. good to show to friends.

Great people watching, great listening to the prima donna staff fighting and beautiful coffee and carrot cake. there are inside and outside seats. I never visit burgh house without going to the caffe. the house is free to visit, but please leave a donation. the shop is tiny, but always has something interesting to buy.

Charming caffe, beautiful garden. fantastic blue china, always so lightly unsurpassed, stylish so. carrot cake was a generous portion, although something too hearty for my (too saccharin) taste.

What makes this special, apart from the food, is the number of the outside tables, many of which are fucked in small corners in the garden, offer some private sphere. my cake was homemade, certainly not from a factory.

Lovely tea and cake in a beautiful garden. Gardens shaded by trees so a pleasant respite from 33 degrees of sun
