Kfc - Cambridge

I don't often leave reviews, but the only positive thing I can say is that the ice in the drinks was cold. Service and food quality were both very poor, not even worth 1 star. It's a shame that a good food court can be such a disappointment for a major mall.

The service is extremely slow and the staff is not helpful. I noticed that the prices are higher compared to other KFC locations.

Everytime i go to this i go to this location. I ALWAYS get let down.Was there thursday for a 6 piece bucket. Smallest chicken ive ever seen . If theyre that small, at least throw in an extra piece .No love or care went into making that30$ for not even filling me up is a scam .

I recently picked up my order at this restaurant and specifically asked if my gravy was included. I was assured it was, but when I got home and checked, it was not there. This is not the first time this has happened, and I am becoming frustrated with consistently paying for gravy that I do not receive. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and I believe that the staff at this restaurant need better training.

Order stripes and popcorn chicken combo got home and only had the chicken stripes. Ice machine wasn’t turned on and pop was flat. Always rude customer service. Never again. Phone is also disconnected so you can’t even call to complain.
