Dirty table, dirty floor. I asked staff member to please clean our table. She said she would but didn’t come back. Probably shortage of underpaid staff.

I think the lady behind the bar was the manager and she was so rude. One of the barista was in training and she talked to him like she would not even talk to her dog. No hello, no good no thank you. We came here to relax and she made this moment even worse.

The coffee and bar were very good. One of us spilled their coffee, making a big mess. They cleaned it up quickly and nicely, and brought more. It was clean also.

We queued for more than 10 minutes. Why was there only 1 member of staff doing everything. Putting that to one side the coffee was as requested. The restaurant could have done with a bit of a clean.

This Costa location was the worst we have ever visited. It was dirty, in need of a refurbishment, and overall unpleasant. The tables were eventually cleared, but not wiped down properly, leaving them sticky. The seats were dirty and stained, with ground-in food deposits that were impossible to clean. The floor tiles near the counter were coming up and held down with hazard tape. The windows and ceiling were dirty, and even my wife's glass was not clean. We ate our toasted sandwiches and drank our coffee quickly to leave as soon as possible. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but this place definitely needs some serious attention.
