Western Coffee Shop & Chinese Food

I thought I would try it, they have okay prices, $11 for rice and one dish. I tried, it was just average, if not below average, I had the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice. For me not to save the left overs for lunch says something.   <br/ <br/ I do understand from friends that they have a great breakfast and the have a revamped patio. Try it and give me your own opinion.

Someone once said if you are sad go to your happy place. Well this is my happy place. Thanks for being awesome and comforting everytime I'm in.

This is a fabulous restaurant. The food is great. ambience so so. They do deliver and here is an updated menu. They are open until 10pm everyday except Sunday.

Food and service is always good. Reasonably priced which is not common close to 17th. We like to come for breakfast and Asian side dishes on the weekend.

New ownership. Western is still great and, I hope, will continue to serve Mission for a long time to come. As the new owners settle in, my only concern is that the level of service has dropped. I only hope this is some short growing pains. Still the best value on 4th Street.
