Panago Pizza - Calgary

Ordered in for delivery. Two 12in meat lovers and tropical Hawaiian) six dips 55$, thought that was a little on the high side. But the pizza was fresh and hot when arrived. As well really fast

I received Panago’s gift card as gift and I tried to redeem it on Panago’s website, to pay a pizza order, but the payment with the gift card was out of service both times on different days I tried. On November 17, around 7:30 pm, I went to Panago at 17 AVE to buy a pizza and pay with the gift card. When I asked to the employee to check the balance he call another employee to check it. When the other employee arrived, he tried to check the balance 2 or 3 times and said that he couldn’t see it because it was his first time doing that and he didn’t know how to do it. I asked if someone else could help him and he said that gift card is something new and no one knows how to use it. The funny part is that in front of the computer of the check out area there is an advertisement of the gift card. How they sell it without providing training for the staff in how to check cards balance? So disappointed! I left the store without pizza, with my gift card that I still don’t know how much has in it. Note: in the gift card there is no information about the balance, that’s why I don’t know how much has in it.Great customer service! ?

What a terrible combo of Food Service after paying top dollar.

Staff are dumb as a board can barely communicate . Didn’t take the phone order then to dumb to understand wanted a order in person . Avoid this

I wish the Panago Pizza was a Peace River again that we can come buy pizza. I like the pizza very much.
