Kinjo Sushi Grill - Calgary

Our second time being at this restaurant. Food is still delicious.

Kinjo is usually a good place to eat. Today unfortunately not.Placed a order from the milrise location and upon the skip the dishes delivery we found a dead grass hopper in the green salad. It has caused us to lose our appetite and we are unable to eat the rest of the food.Skip the dishes was absolutely no help. Refunded $5 for the salad and ended the chat after I asked what about the rest of the meal.Called kinjo directly and was offered a $15 credit for future meals. What is wrong with the service industry. Between skip the dishes and the massive chain kinjo neither can offer a full credit even though both agree that's absolutely disgusting.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is incredible. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the manager ensures that everything is running smoothly. Everyone seems happy. The food is fantastic and delicious. I highly recommend it. I would give it a 20 out of 10 for the amazing experience and service.

Food is great and value for money. Fair amount of serving. Our server Conan was very polite and answered to our request. Milk tea and juice drinks are a treat.dining area and wash room are clean. The only downside was the MUSIC. it plays concert loud explicit adult rated gangster rap music which is not very kid friendly and you feel you are in the ghetto and does not vibe to the japanese restuarant feel,somebody should make a playlist where the music is calm and smooth that goes with the relaxing atmosphere i would not reccomend bringing your whole family if the music is the same.

My sister and I went to Kinjo this past Saturday and it was quite tasty! We probably over-ordered to be honest but the atmosphere was so fun and the service from our server, Faith, was amazing! She was so cute and bubbly and incredibly attentive! Definitely would come back!
