The front end staff was not only rude and unhelpful to myself but also to every other customer that came in while I was waiting for my order.

I order from this location every Monday and get their famous chicken sandwiches. For the past year they've been hit and miss but today is the best sandwich I've had in about 365 days. Apparently new management has taken over, so if you've been avoiding this place please try it again THEY'RE

Make sure to check the bag before you leave the restaurant. In our take-out order few minutes ago, one of four portions was missing french fries. : Unfortunately discovered only when arrived home.

I couldn't believe that I got there between 4:30 and 5pm and there was no chicken or nuggets ready to go. 10 minute for nuggets and 15 minutes for chicken. If that were to happen at most fast food restaurants, they would cut corners and serve food cooked to the letter of the law but very poor quality. They did not compromise on time or quality. It was well worth the wait. Other fast food restaurants could learn a lesson from these workers. Well done.
