Contribuiți la feedbackAt night with gal pals. laura was our server and she was amazing! excellent suggestions and extremely attentive. she was very busy and took care of her tables. we were there for a happy hour and started with yams and truffles, and the avocado dimmer. then we had our guts and I had the chicken tacos. highly recommended. when they ask for laura, it is an amazing server! the prizes are healthed in these days $25 for an salad? I recommend going a bit early and meeting happy hour. good offers, good selection and the restaurant is not so busy.
I had seen my band for more than 22 years no more of university and we have chosen this place to come together and remember about lunch. we had an excellent service from bailey. also eating was great. he ordered calamari and an salate while I. with my old standby, kung pao. delicious.
We arrived at 4 20 on a Tuesday, had to wait at least 15 minutes before the doorstep before they sit, no explanation just said, maybe. e other tables in the restaurant. said waitress that we would like the happy hour menu, then they have instructed us. we have asked a few times for service and we have given different server. Finally at 5:05 a rude server came by and threw almost water on the table. told us that happy hour was over and she took happy hour orders from the others and therefore she was late. only 1 of us four have ordered the happy hour, pizza 5 dollar. Now, when the pizza came and it was quite big, I mentioned to the runner that it was for 5 dollars big and was sure that this was the happy hour one. She assured me that it was that. well, it was terrible, pappe to say the least. the bill came, and you guessed they accused me of $16 for this one. I called the manager when the server said she told me no hppy hour. the manager took it out of the bill, but told us that they did not order after 4:45. gee happy hour ends at 5. then the manager dried to guide our cc twice until we caught it. last time at this terrible place.
A friend and I went to Christmas dinner. I had the garlic shrimp fatuccini. it was great, except for them not on people who are not in a position to eat "whole weizen or chalk brot '. so I could not enjoy the garlic. toast who came with the meal. my friend had a chicken caesar salad and she said it was very good.
Got to earls about 4:30 to get in on the happy hour. Waited at least 15 minutes to be seated and there were only 3 tables occupied. Have no idea why we had to wait so long. Fellow who seated us gave us a happy...hour menu. Server who gave us water and we mentioned that I wanted to order happy hour special. Never saw her again. Finally about 5:05 a server came and told us that she was busy getting all her tables in on the happy hour specials. I mentioned again that I wanted the pizza for happy hour and she never said a thing. The other two at our table ordered off reg menu. When pizza came I stated wow how large it was for $5. Another server who delivered it agreed it was only $5 and yes it was big. Well it tasted like cardboard. Horrible and even my son would not touch it. When the bill came and my son was paying he asked how me how much was my meal, told him $5 and they charged me $16. Server said she told us that happy hour was over, not true and that she was not going to take it off but called the manager. Manager came and said that they don,t take order after 4:45. Ummmm happy hour is until 5 so that made no sense they took it off but then tried to charge my son twice on his cc. He had to show her on her machine that it was already paid. Then why was our server so busy with the other tables ordering off happy hour. Worst server we have had for many years. The food for the other two was very nice but if you don,t drink you are totally ignored. What a shame for a place that used to be so great.
