Mary Brown's Chicken - Caledon

The food is always fresh and made to order at this restaurant. I typically bring my dog with me, so I take advantage of the drive-thru window. The service is always excellent and they always make me feel appreciated during my visit.

I ordered a 13-piece chicken meal with fries and salad from the Alliston location. Unfortunately, the chicken breast was undercooked and had blood showing. I contacted the manager, who gave me the wrong phone number for the head office. After finally getting in touch with them, they offered to replace the meal, but I requested a refund instead. The lack of quality control was disappointing. My business will not be returning to Mary Brown's in Alliston.

During my visit to the city, I decided to pick up a 13-piece dinner feast from this restaurant, which included 13 pieces of chicken, a large serving of fries, delicious gravy, and coleslaw. When we got home, the food was a bit cold, but after warming it up in the oven, it tasted just like it was freshly fried. The chicken pieces were large, juicy, and lean with very little fat. I really enjoyed my meal and I will definitely be returning to this place again. Thank you for the great food, Alliston!

Chicken is very good at this place! So much better than KFC!! Chicken on a bungalow is very good and the Koleslaw is great!

I pulled into the Drive Through on Monday March 26th. I ordered a Big Mary Sandwich. The price comes up as 6.49 plus tax. I asked why it 's not on special. The display screen that I pulled up too was advertising that Big Mary 's were...3.99 on Mondays. I pointed out that I just saw the advertising stating the price of 3.99. Teenage girl on the speaker says uh that ended today . I didn 't know what else to say, I just drove through with no lunch.
