Sheetz - Pittsburgh

I’m from out of town. Initially I thought Sheetz were great! We don’t have a Sheetz back home. The made to order food 24hrs a day is great for a gas station and convenient. However the cashiers are terrible. The little short pudgy one gives me a problem everytime for no reason. I’m pushing 40 years old and she refused to sell me a bottle of Fireball after showing her my ID. Once the manager intervened she throws the bottle at him and says “I don’t care sell it to her if you want.” Like why is she still an employee? The time before that my boyfriend purchased $150 in diesel and the cashier put it on the wrong pump and refused to make it right after someone else pumped his gas! No apology, no empthany, no professionalism, instead she called the police to have him removed while he was calling his bank to reverse the charge. This place has so much potential to be great, but the cashiers need to be refreshed and replaced.

A great place to go for coffee and place an order for their made to order food when using their gas station.So convenient and open24 hrs a day.The customer service is 1st class and the breakfast made to order is 1st class and so handy when staying at the Inn over the road

HORRIBLE!!!! been waiting for over and hour and a half and the staff is rude! would never recommend this sheetz for food. VERY POOR SERVICE. this is absolutely pathetic. LAZY EMPLOYEES TOO!!! one chick was refilling napkins WHICH DID NOT NEED REFILLED instead of working on the food.
