Went to take my family bowlingWalked to front desk area and watched as the desk staff helped the customers in front of us.

Whent for the first time yesterday for the arcade. This review is for the arcade and the arcade only because I didn't partake in bowling or go to the snack area. There are a couple good games but not many and the games that are good were half way broken. I whent to thw Japanese marble type game and the staff politely informed me that eaven though the left side of one of the machines were broken they couldn't do anything until their manager were in today. I went to play it again today (Mind you it's $2 just for a few marbles) the manager when I pointed this out and just simply asked to move the prizes that were on the playing field so they were at least some what win able, she very impolitely said there was nothing she could do and just shut the game down. I can understand not being able to fix it but she didn't have to be rude about it and cut her co worker off when I asked about it. The prices for all the games were entirely too high and to spend a total of $150 just on that game and only get 4 small off brand Japanese Lego animals and 2 little zodiac figures is absolutely ridiculous. I understand it's not to get your money's worth with the prizes or they won't make any money but the amount I spent put together with the rude customer service is unbelievable (I got home and researched if I were to buy these online I would have gotten them for $30 including shipping)

Fun place.. shockingly good pizza. The garlic sauce on the crust is amazing.

We were pleasantly surprised. Several of us went to bowl the day after Christmas people were friendly. Beer was cold and we had a great time!
