Goodness Me - Burlington

You won't find better vegan samosas than the ones at Goodness I have prepared to eat. I always order their samosas, which are big and filling, for $4.99, along with their warm Indian soup for $2.99. These two dishes are so filling that you won't be able to finish them without feeling stuffed. This is one of my favorite vegan meals, and they have a seating area where you can enjoy your meal in peace. The seating area is separate from the shopping area, so you won't be disturbed by other customers.

Goodness Me relocated to a new spot in Burlington in June 2012. Now situated at the intersection of Fairview Street and Drury Lane, the new location is much larger than the old one and offers a variety of new amenities. These include a take-out food bar, an expanded product section, a bakery area, and rooms for teaching and presentations. I personally prefer the new location as it has a wider selection of products and is more convenient.

Good. I have a great salatable, many choices like cauliflower salad, crispy quinoa and chinoa salat, detox and Mexican tofu salate or they can just build their own. the Indian split boar soup is very tasty. they can also order a vegan escape. they always have others. the vegan stew is super and the Mexican tofu casserole is very beautiful. they get 2 choices from the side. they have steamed veggies, kale with a delicious lemon dressing and lonely topping. the smoothies are also amazing. they can either build themselves or those on the menu. ask for a vegan protein instead of whey. they are quite accommodating and they can make many substitutions.

Great selection. that is the best location of goodness me. the prices are a bit expensive. I would like to see the prices matching organic garage in oakville to save the trip.

These dishes always leave me feeling satisfied. Goodness has a seating area where you can enjoy your meal without being disturbed by other customers. It's one of my favorite vegan meals to indulge in.
