Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Burlington

I’ll go out of my way to avoid this DQ however it is the one located closest to my home. Food quality is fine and comparable to other locations. However, they are very frugal in controlling the amount of toppings in a blizzard. For the cost, I would expect Much more and I get much more other locations. All of the time not just some of the time the bottom of my blizzard is just ice cream and the top half is sparse in toppings. The cup is never full and although the hot cocoa Oreo blizzard is on the menu, they charge extra to have the chocolate added. Also, their menu pricing is much higher than any other location Near Burlington. Service is always friendly and location is clean.

I was Charged $7 for a SMALL blizzard today at this location. Not only was the blizzard $7 but I couldn't even use my points because they did not have that machine set up. Not only that, the cost of the exact same item at the Milton location is significantly less. This location needs a serious wake up call. There is no way that a 15 KM difference raised the cost of there food that much. Just awful.

It does not open at 10am. Not even drive thru opens at 10am. Wanted to get something to eat before I go to work, but I couldn't get anything. Nobody was there.

This DQ is the worst location I've ever been too. I ordered some chicken strips and fries and this is the portion size I get. I will never go to this location again.

I’m just frustrated. No cheesecake in my strawberry cheesecake blizzard?It costs $14 to two mini items. This is ridiculous and then I don’t even get half the product?
