Chili's Grill - Burlington

No, that's not a joke that's my lunch that was delivered tonight. Of course I called to report this, but I got from to go worker cordial resistance. he was reluctant to give his name, and when I insisted to get his name, he said it very fast (but I got it) I could talk to manager, taylor she was wonderful. taylor isn't the reason I earned this 2star her 5star. what the meal ruinedas for customer service of cordial awful, terrible, and he needs more training.

This place never disappointed me. had a great waiter. eating was a little coming, but it was a busy day for her. Everything was really good here. the waiting time for a table was not tho I came with only one other person, so there are probably larger parties waiting a longer. recommend them if they want a good food ata place with a good atmosphere!

I admit, when we entered and half the restaurant was not used for personal lack, I thought we were there forever, even when we waited for a table, I thought to go. we sat within 15 minutes. this is good for a Saturday night at 5:30 in this busy situation. we had excellent service and eating was hot and tasty. we were in and out within an hour and 15 minutes.

Our server, chelsea has made such a great job. she was very attentive, very professional, etc. there are so many great things I can say about her! our experience was great!

I used to really love chilis but something must’ve happen recently. I order here a lot and get curbside and it has taken currently 35 minutes for them to get the food out. I am really frustrated and this is not ok. If you are short staffed then close the app for curbside. The people inside have no trouble getting their food.
