Contribuiți la feedbackI have never been to a Starbucks that I did not like.. this particular one stood far above all the others, with cleanliness and customer service.
Went in at 6:20am when it was empty. Two workers. No one acknowledged me after a few minutes of standing at the counter. Walked out after no hello, no ‘be right with’, nothing.
Girl on registrar excellent service. The two who were supposed to be making coffee, yak yak yak yak yak. Got 2 lemon cakes n 1 coffee to go. I had to wait till they were done talking, then girl finally started making my coffee...it was filthy at the coffee receiving end! Floors, entry rug, filthy....maybe the two yakers need retraining on cleaning up behind customers....too much time not doing their job.
Always great service and my coffee is consistent around the world ?
The first guy Bob, I guess, who didn 't care if I got his name right or not and another named Ben were two of the worst people I have had the displeasure of talking to and sadly didn 't care about our day. After telling them that 2 drinks were made incorrectly and were mostly water they became extremely disrespectful. We didn 't want to argue because we are both regulars and it would cause duress to both of our health especially after leaving a burial. They both continued to verbally berate me an ADA person also on behalf of my senior Mother (vulnerable people). There is never a reason to treat another human being the way those two chose to belittle me. It goes to show that both individuals are in the wrong business and that customer service is definitely not their field to be in. Remember the golden rule: Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.
