The New Deal - Burbank

Lovely food and people! Our waiter was superb and always at hand. My generally indifferent 4 and 6 year old children ate all of their Mac and cheese. They have good vegetarian options for appetizers and entrees. We're hoping to return soon!Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu that has a veggie burger option, among others. I was worried the kids would be unwelcome due to the ambience, but the staff and other patrons were not bothered, despite the genteel atmosphere.

Nice cut old timey place to go to dinner. However the food was lacking. The tostada tasted sour, the wings were kinda dry with a whole bunch of buffalo sauce sitting on the bottom of the plate. I guess they weren't tossed probably. The Mac-n-cheese was kinda tasteless. While the service was good, the only other item that was good was the pilsner. Also, the prices look to be on the cheaper side, but the quantity and quality of food was not on par. Maybe we just didn't order the right stuff, but a $100 dinner for three of us was not worth it.

Absolutely fantastic experience, the food was incredible, fresh ingredients, prepared food was delicious with great combinations of texture and flavor, service was outstanding, our server was very attentive. Best food we've eaten in a while. Connor was our server and he was absolutely fantastic!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, we are both vegetarian and everything was great! We had enough options that we had some trouble picking between them

This place should be packed for brunch. Food was fresh, coffee was great and the service was wonderful. We had the biscuits and gravy (and yes, that’s a little bit of sweet cream they add on top of the gravy, it was a delicious idea), highly recommend you stop in for brunch. Loved it!!!Food: 5/5
