The food is delicious, but be prepared for a long wait. The service is incredibly slow, regardless of whether you’re the only customer or there’s a line. I waited 20 minutes for a beef patty that was already cooked; I simply asked for cheese. If you're in a rush, I recommend not stopping here, as you might end up late. However, if you have some time to spare, this place is worth the visit, and your taste buds will definitely appreciate it.

They did not have any sides but still wanted me to pay for a full meal and when I asked was he going to take anything off he said no that’s not how doctor bird works but doctor bird wasn’t there in person

Mediocre food and even worse customer service. I called to make sure they were open because they tend to close early and the guy answering said yes we are open and hung up on me ? didn’t ask if I wanted to place an order or anything. Now let’s talk about the food. Every single thing they gave me in that tin pan was cold from the chicken to the Mac n cheese to the rice. I’ve given this place too many chances I won’t ever be going back again!

Food is good but they don’t have a set schedule , don’t open the time they say , they even don’t open on some days , that not how you do business.
