Taco Bell - Bryant

It was literally the worst. Lol. The staff's awful work is actually ridiculous.Bryant, it was my first time there, and I had the worst customer service ever. All I needed was lunch, and they were so horrible that I felt unwelcome. :

Rude over the phone hung up on me before I could finish

I had a minor issue that turned into a mid major issue but the manager was able to step right in and get it resolved.

Ordered the new chicken enchilada box and a taco burrito box, and got charged for both but when i picked up the food and went home, i found out they had completely forgot the everything but the tacos.Edit: the workers were joking around and had probably lazily made the order and gave it too us shamelessly

Remodeling, lobby closed, Dr thru screen not lit can see menu. I am employee just started rattling of off items.
