Baskin-robbins

Was passing through Quaker bridge mall and went to this Dunkin . Nice location .. parking was ok.. few other shops in the same complex . They also had baskin Robbin's inside the Dunkin. They had ice cream cakes and other shakes .. Service was slow .. billing was also slow . Took sometime to get our coffee and hash browns . Coffee was ok.. very watery and tasted average . Hashbrowns were good .. overall an average experience... .

AVOID THIS STORE! Don’t ever order cake from this store. They never deliver. We ordered a cake for my kids birthday, and they told me they didn’t make it when I went pick up. What’s worst was that the manager, Heena, only told us that she could refund us, but there was no compensation at all. My son had to have a birthday party without the cake he waited for the whole year! AVOID THIS STORE!

Avoid. I would strongly recommend NOT going to this location. The customer service is horrible. A staff member ruined a preordered $43 ice cream cake , didn’t tell us, got caught, then told me, “not sure what else I’m supposed to do about it”. We had to settle for something else. We wrote about the disappointment to Baskin Robbin’s. The Management/Franchise Owner called me and told me it was essentially my fault for taking a replacement so there is no refund. There was no ownership about their mistake and seemed to honestly not care. I’ll never go back.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. They took my order, took my money, then CHANGED the cake to a different design and color WITHOUT CONTACTING ME and now the store manager and owner REFUSE to compensate me. Not even a free pint of ice cream for the kids!!!! I was told to either WAIT for a new cake to be made (which would be too late as the party is today) or leave with nothing. I will never come back to this location. Not for ice cream, not for coffee, not for anything. After reading all these reviews, anyone who still goes to this location should be checked for mental issues. I can only hope the same treatment is given to the owner of this store when the opportunity arises.

Wanted to have a banana split it wasn’t there. And for Sundae’s they don’t have nuts they will load it with M&Ms
