Give them a chance. Ignore this 3 star rating at first. Their pulled pork was moist and tender and delicious, as was their bacon Mac and cheese, although neither seemed hot nor fresh, and I got to their food truck as they were still setting up. Maybe they should have waited a little for their fixin's to warm up better. Their baked beans appear to be either Van Camp's beanie weenie or Bush's best, with bacon. Don't get me wrong, they were really good and tasty, but not unique or anything special. Bring a chainsaw if you plan to attempt their brisket. My military KA-BAR knife was not sturdy enough to cut this meat, the tips of which were burnt to a crisp. See the picture of the tendon material in it, which is indicative of cooking the brisket way too fast at much too high of a temperature. The folks working there were nice, all smiles, quick to answer questions, and I received my order in no more than 3 or 4 minutes.

Well We went to Babes and Brews at Rockwell Brewing over the weekend and they were the food truck. I ordered chicken and waffles, bacon macaroni and cheese and pulled chicken bbq nachos. Unbelievable ever last bite. Literally I have. A family stalking the food truck to where it is at next. Unbelievable food!!!

Good food and friendly people. I especially love their gluten free Mac and cheese. Check them out

The pulled pork was great and the mac and cheese was possibly the best I've had.

This is a MOBILE food truck..so it moves around. Saw them today at Sweet Clover. Reasonably priced. Quick and efficient. Having no sodas or anything to drink? I was going to walk away. But my wife ordered the Nachos anyways. (They lost out on the sale of 4 sandwiches for not having drinks. The Nachos were not bad. But smelled funny to me and my son. Wife and sister in law liked them ok, but wouldn 't order again. Please, please, get a cooler or something to sell water or soda. It will help with sales. Like I typed, it almost resulted in no sale for us.
