Steak N Shake - Brunswick

Was very pleasantly surprised to get paper straws compostable with our milk shakes last weeks! They worked well and went directly to our compost when we were finished with our meal. in the hope that more steps in the direction of less waste can be seen both at steak n' shake and other restaurants in our opposite.

It was good it was my first time and i wasnt really hungry but would try it again

My overall experience was great. Customer service was great as well the food being great

Do not waste your time at this location I have been out here four times on GrubHub orders all four times they do not answer their phones nor do they answer at the menu window not even if there's orders pending or to tell you that something is wrong very rude an inconsiderate management

Underwhelming. I had such a great experience at another location but this one was not the case. The food came lukewarm at best and the portion size was decent. The server was very nice as well as the rest of the wait staff we interacted with. I'd go back for a bike-night or something but probably not otherwise.
