Brunswick Diner

My favorite breakfast place!! The ****** Mary and the eggs Benedict are perfection. This place beats any diner within 30 miles including those in Portland. It gets crowded in the summer like everything else Midcoast so take your patience with you!

Food was good, service was good, BUT big problem. Their tip suggestions on the bottom of the bill entirely wrong. My bill was not over 20 dollars and and their 20% suggestion was 7 dollars? While it’s just 2 dollars and I noticed it before I wrote in my tip, it’s not a good look. Giving them the benefit of the doubt by leaving a good review and hoping they will resolve the issue and weren’t even aware of it in the first place :

We came here with high expectations and solid recommendations, and they did not disappoint! The food was excellent, better than down home . Service was friendly. You don 't think you 'd get that on the east coast, but they take an interest in you and talk to you. The atmosphere is 50 's diner with the juke box and everything. It 's a great place to meet and talk with you friends.

In the last 2 trips to Maine, we visited this diner. The waitresses are very nice and the food is good. The homemade hash is my favorite. The make your own Mimosa kit is adorable, too. Seating is pretty tight as it's a small diner but very cozy.

I love coming here on the weekends. Great family like atmosphere if it's your first time or 5000th.
