Mcdonald's - Broomfield

I've never seen such hardworking, dedicated employees in a McDonald's. EVER. We went inside to use the facilities and order and it must've been at the peak of dinner time bc they were slammed. But everyone worked together, great communication and organization, to get all the orders handled. Everything was extremely clean, the fries were hot and crispy, and the customer service was up to par. I'd totally recommend this McDonald's. I took off a star bc half my fries were missing and there were no condiments to grab. But I get it, they were really busy.

Fast and efficient. No one was overly-friendly, but they weren 't unfriendly. The greeting at the drive thru was 'What would you like? ' But it wasn 't unfriendly. It was crazy-busy and was definitely the fastest I 've seen a McDonald 's drive thru since pre-covid.

One of the best McDonald's I've been too in a long time. Staff are friendly. Inside is clean.

My Big Mac had no lettuce and onions whatsoever. I realized that when I came home after 20 minutes of driving. When I came back, the employee and the manager were very polite and professional, and fixed my issue. Everyone makes mistakes, but the main thing is how people deal with it. Thank you for the great attitude!
