Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Beyond disappointed with the service. We had a party of 6 so we knew that with a larger order it might take a little longer. after about 15 minutes, 3 other orders that were placed after ours had gone out but there was no update on our order. We checked in to see how much longer it would be and it turned out they had given our order out to someone in the drive through. we waited another 15 minutes for our new order to come out. We get back home to find that half of the order was wrong and we were missing items. It’s beyond frustrating that even with 2 attempts they couldn’t get our order right. Will not be returning.

The only reason i gave it even a decent amount of stars is because there was exactly ONE person who was working diligently and i asked his name because i was there to pick up a big order for work and was absolutely disregarded and ignored except for the one attendant, Diego. The manager was wandering around yammering at people instead of helping her people. i can’t speak the food. it seems gross to let one person do all the work while some dumb jock like bros goof around and don’t tend to customers. super sad. but good for you Diego.

Rich delicious shakes, mine was very chocolaty. Enjoyed chili cheese dog.

Had a great meal. Anderson was very nice and helpful.
