Joe took care of us when we were there, and I'm telling you, the man is great what he does. He always charged the drinks, was never overlaid, but definitely knew when to check if we need anything. We ate here about 6-8 times and tonight was our youngest visit. Service was always very good, depending on the server. Everyone wishes a good service, but a good service is defined differently for each guest. We never had a bad service. It's a big reason to go back. Oh, but let's get to dinner. Our steaks and sides have always been wonderful. Every visit has consistently prepared meals. The combination of food and service is why we choose to give our business to LongHorn.
