SO SLOW!!! It’s actually ridiculous how slow they are! In the morning they only have one staff member on with a 10 person lineup. During the day, they have 2-3 staff in but it’s usually just one person doing the work (Justin is the only person making an effort). How does this make sense? Starbucks really needs to open a store outside of Safeway that has a drive thru and where you can actually use your gold stars since they expire so quickly. They are losing lots of business in Brooks due to the lack of staff, speed, and inconvenience of not being able to use the full features of being Starbucks rewards member…

Coffee grinder was not working. No coffee could be made. Pretty poor at a coffee place. Employees say equipment is always braking down .Kid-friendliness: Dry nice staff That was understaffed for today

Usually friendly service and fast at making lattes. Love getting a treat here

Wish there was a real Starbucks in town. The staff try but are understaffed so I waited 20 min to get a latte.
