Brooklyn Label

A really nice brunch in a busy but welcoming space. The ceilings are lofty and the plethora of windows ensure there is plenty of light. Generally the atmosphere is casual and friendly. I found all the staff to be knowledgeable and quick to help. The food was a very enjoyable mix of traditional pub grub and modern American. Probably a 4 star joint but tipped over to 5 based on the fact that they serve Devocion coffee. Awesome stuff.

Solid food and a lovely setting but the service is average. On the weekends they “don’t do substitutions” ie everyone is force fed the fries whether they like it or not. Hard to see that being a winning strategy with a fussy New York clientele. I in future will only be visiting on weekdays

Cute small place with good food. We went for brunch, it was kind of busy but they sat us in 10 mins. Staff is nice and attentive. This is a good place to go if you don’t want to spend a lot of money and eat something good, even though portions are just ok.
