The staff at this restaurant is uninformed and should receive additional training. With the opening of other eateries nearby, this place seems to be in trouble.

I used to dine at Metrotech three times a week. Unfortunately, there has been a significant price increase and a noticeable reduction in the size of sandwiches, fillings, soups, and overall quality. The worst experience was finding a big piece of twill in my lentil soup during the last week of April. This should never happen, especially at a restaurant that prides itself on fresh and creative cuisine.

Extremely rude staff became the personal angry at me because I didn't know that sugar was separated in my regular ice cream. I've never been spoken by a customer service representative. will not come back.
