Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

I waited about 10 minutes in the drive-thru for my food, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. It was acceptable the first time, but I've visited several times since then, and there has always been an issue.

I placed my order at the kiosk using my table cone number. I noticed that the staff were serving food to customers at their tables, so I waited at my own table in the back. After some time had passed without receiving my order, I decided to go to the counter to check on it. However, the cashier shouted at me for not picking up my order myself. I understand that mistakes happen and they were likely overwhelmed with work. While I recognize that my table number may not have been noticed, the cashier's response felt very rude and unprofessional, as if the blame was entirely mine.

It's very much like a McDonald's, but that's not a bad thing since you know what to expect if you've ever been to one. Food rating: 3/5.

I ordered this and that's what I see after I got home. they gave me an opened milk, with a link (which looks almost like a dead bug) on it and stain on the bottle. again the bottle is half empty. after payment. I do not suggest to this mac Donald’s. I also had to fill out a drink after they gave it to me.

Best McDonald’s to work remote. It’s very clean and modern. Also, there is a big packing.
