Little Caesars Pizza - Brooklyn

The most annoying and unpleasant visit. The last few times I visited the location on Pennsylvania Ave in Brooklyn, the store begins to close some lights earlier than the time indicated at the door. Every time someone talks to a manager or a responsible person, the person is never there or already for the day. People who ordered their meal in advance, or online, half the time the food was NOT ready when they arrived. Now you have HANGRY people! The last time I visited on 29. Juli the same! People's orders are not ready, people complain, and after waiting for my order for 15 minutes, I was told that they overcooked and burned my two cakes! OMG! So now I have to wait 15 minutes for my two cakes, I go somewhere by mentioning my two cakes, just wait for it! I asked about my order and was told that it was coming. The young man, a teenager who worked there through a summer youth program, felt sorry for him because he was the one who was in the front, took orders and dealt with the angry customers. The young man comes back with my cake, you got that, I said PIE as in Singular! I asked: Where is my other cake, did I order two cakes? He said more regrettable, they only did ONE, although I told them that the order was for two cakes. At this point, now wait 35 minutes, I lost it. I didn't talk hard with the young man because it wasn't his fault that I asked him to talk to the superior/manager/head honcho-in-last, and here it comes, he told me they are not here and are left for the day! Now go figure, who would have thought?!!! I asked for my money back for the missing cake I received checked my ONE cake for possible deficiencies and immediately left the facility! I spoke or used these special words. God forgive me There is no survey of the entrance, otherwise you know that I would have taken the survey. Thus, if each company staff reads this, the THAT warehouse location needs a complete revision in terms of management. You are the last!!!??

The service is bad. The checkout has a stance and the pizza is terrible. I'll never be back.

I would give this place zero stars. I ordered online and waited for two hours, only for my order to be canceled without warning. I tried calling multiple times for an explanation. It was 5 PM, nice and warm outside, and they had already closed at 10 AM. The whole operation is incredibly disorganized, and it seems they have hired a lot of unreliable staff. I will never order from this place again.

I'm not sure what has happened to Little Caesars, but I've noticed that nothing seems to be hot and ready anymore. Every time we visit, we end up waiting about 15 minutes, even when we always order just a regular pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. So be prepared to spend 15-20 minutes during your visit. The food is always hot, which is why I gave them 2 stars.

Since this location hired new staff, the service has been terrible. They frequently get orders wrong and there are long wait times. My experience has been dreadful, and I don't intend to give this place my business again.
