Domino's Pizza - Brooklyn

Would put zero stars. I ordered delivery for two medium pizzas and the tracker says the order was delivered. I know for a fact it was not because I was not called, I received no pizza and it was a cash order. Definitely do not give them your business, the other low ratings make it obvious you shouldn’t.

This restaurant has the worst location imaginable. If you want to enjoy your pie, stay far away. I have been waiting since yesterday for them to send me a replacement for a pie that came without any cheese, only the dough. The customer service is absolutely terrible.

Waited about 30 minutes for our pizza. We got on our app to complain and tell them about our “experience”. Noticed my mothers phone number was wrong so we called. The man told my mom that they left our pizza in the lobby! Really? This is how this place does business. Went down to check and see if it was there and it wasn’t. There’s a reason why this place has a 2.0 rating. Do not order from here. Worst experience

Never again, I have online order for delivery, pizza never arrived, no one took the phone, tried my refund last 3 days. I can't reach anyone in dominos, even company, only people who take a job and hang on my when I ask for reimbursement. opened a case with paypal. terrible experience, so much headache, I thought they were selling pizzahah. people stay away

Your delivery staff is polite and always greets me with a smile and the personal before location always prepares my order right. they lower their expectations and they will never be disappointed. it's dominos. it tastes like almost food pizza.
