Contribuiți la feedbackWe have sung in the boutique bk with a group of friends for a quiet evening of catching up with each other. we could not have decided for this occasion for a more perfect restaurant. this was an authentic private culinary experience in a picturesque neighbourhood in brooklyn (carroll gardens). chef matt has created a delicious 3-course menu. it was hands down one of the most amazing meals my wife and I had to live in our 12 years in nyc and we eat a lot. chef matt was pleased to meet the food restrictions of our group. our menu included a cubed corn soup with cocos milk drops and roasted mandela, a main course of seared salmon (not pictured or roasted bark short rib, and we ended our evening with a nutella and pretzel sundae with roasted quinoa granola (served with an edible chocolate spoon,- which my wife still loved to go back!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a private culinary experience with family and friends! we were treated to an amazing three cursor meal, and the chef matt was extremely talented! the menu included spiced maiss soup with cocos milk drops and roasted mangles, an 8-hour roasted bark crawl, plus a clam and bretzelsonne with quinoa granola and impact vanilla cream. Of course there are many options on the menu, please check it out and enjoy it!
I scheduled dinner for my wife and I after noticing a new restaurant on Opentable. Amazing! Prior to arriving Chef Matthew called me to give an overview of the menu and asked about food allergies and preferences. He then emailed over a menu for us to review and customize our selections for dinner. Once we arrived we were greeted by the Chef he welcomed us and showed us to our private table. The dining experience was great and everything we had for dinner was wonderful. I would strongly encourage everyone to book as soon as possible as this is the type of place that is going to be impossible to get into soon.

**Ambiance:** The dining room comfortably accommodated our party of four, with a beautifully set table. Soft music played in the background, which I believe can be adjusted to suit personal preferences. The area was separated from the kitchen by a wall with a glass sliding door, ensuring a completely private atmosphere—ideal for conversation. **Food:** We chose the five-course dinner, although a three-course option is also available. Our first course consisted of a risotto ball served in a crispy shell with a creamy filling, which all four of us rated as excellent. Next was a bruschetta, which also garnered rave reviews from everyone; it featured a crispy bread topped with an artichoke disc and looked beautiful on the plate. Following that, we had a pistachio-crusted fish dish, which received high praise from three of us, while one person, who doesn't eat fish, felt differently. The accompanying beans were noted to be perfectly cooked and delicious. Our next course was a filet mignon, which didn’t quite meet our expectations—not because it wasn’t well-prepared, but due to its unconventional cooking style. We discovered we prefer our steak prepared differently! However, the accompanying potato dishes were outstanding. Dessert was a chocolate-glazed treat with egg, which three out of four of us deemed excellent, although one person found the beignets a bit rubbery. Since the same dish is served to all, personal tastes may lead to some differing opinions, but overall, the food was fantastic! **Cost:** Our private, deluxe five-course dinner, including tax and gratuity, came to just under $500, plus the wine we brought from home—definitely a cost-effective option. **Overall:** This is a wonderful choice for a quiet dinner with close friends and family, allowing you to enjoy a remarkable meal in the company of an excellent host and chef, Matthew, who goes above and beyond to create a unique and personalized experience.
