Wasabi Sushi Lounge - Brookfield

Wasabi's Sashimi and Sushi are world class. This visit was not disappointed. We have been eating regularly in Wasabi for years, it is on our list of favorite restaurants in the region of Milwaukee. The food is very fresh and the portion sizes are incredible, not like other places where portions are small. The Wasabi reel is still the best ever, but they are all great, you can't go wrong. The service was and is very attentive and ingenious. the receptionist came to find us in the mall to tell us our table was ready and Nathan our server was great!! You could say he was new and trained, but really a good job to respect our need for privacy while very attentive. I have read some reviews, where unreasonable picky and rude customers have some comments about service, you know these people .... very needy, unreasonable and negative. I can tell you that the service at Wasabi was always the first price, as well as any 5-star or Michelin-star restaurant in any country we have dined. Wasabi is a real jewel and Nathan and the staff are excellent....

The only reason I give him 2 stars is because of the Lobster cigars. Three of the four reels have not listed all ingredients in the description and none of them saw appetite and it smells a little strange. I still decided to give them a chance, but they all tasted terrible, maybe like the protia were old. They were muddy and had some strange and overwhelming aromas. I had to throw away the most. I love sushi, I eat it all the time, so this was seriously disappointing for the price I paid. I could have got Sushi from Meijer. I'll never order from here again.

Very nice place and the service was great. The food was also delicious. I recommend the choice of chefs. They give you a nice selection to try. The ramen was delicious, it's a must. The only thing I personally didn't like was that the salmon didn't taste so good.

Stopd by wasabi Sushi Lounge during a work trip. I hunted some sushi, so I was glad to see something nearby. The nigiri tasted fresh and the spicy tuna maki was beautiful and spicy. The shrimp empura was ok. Felt there was too much rice on that exaggerated the other ingredients.

Came here for sushi and sashimi with our friends for the first time. We had the Fire Cracker and Flaming Dragon off the Flaming Roll list which was a cool experience. They have numerous other non sushi food items on the list that I will surely come back to try! Overall the service was good and food was delicious.
