Mcdonald's - Brook Park

Mcdonald mobile app offers the best offers for all food app dealers. order them always ahead in this restaurant and my order is always correct and fresh.

That was all in order, the first cashier had a great job. but other visits to this location I had problems with the employees who are rude when their own app does not work. I went and redeemed points and they said it was already used. I had just redeemed them while going through, and all the workers had the manager. but as I said, today's visit was very good maybe because I just ordered a coffee.

Doesn't ever know how to include sauce in the bag, even when asking for extra sauce they still fail to include it, even when stating the previous times they were not in the bag.. Even when asked if everything is in the bag, it never is.. The workers here always mess up the order or neglect to include items such as fries or an entire burger.. They also NEVER answer their phone, constant busy signal when store is open.. They used to be decent but with in the last couple months went significantly down hill, they don't care about their jobs or their customers orders.. Lazy workers that just rush the job, I used to work at McDonald's so I assure you it's not as difficult as they are making it seem.. They clearly are not trying and showing up tomjust to the bare minimum.... I've let it go for months now but I am tired of this, I keep paying for items that are never included, I am being ripped off and it's getting ridiculous.. And don't even get me started on the dang milkshake machine....

Eating is always good at this mcdonald’s, but often the line is so long that they are secured on snow road. they would achieve five stars with me if they would redesign their journey so they didn't have to sit on the snow road for 10 minutes.

It was pretty quick getting my order but they messed up my burger, I was supposed to get a bacon mcdouble only ketchup and they put pickles and onions on it. Very disappointed. Also yes I did make sure that I said ONLY ketchup
