American Deli In Birm - Brook Highland

Very upsetting. Got food brought home to me. The chicken was very dry, no sauce on it period. They knew they wasn't wet (wings) when they made it. The person who picked it up for me didn't pay any attention. I had to add my own Frank's Buffalo sauce they were just that dry, hardly any wing sauce.. the fries are very skinny and short in size. My first time eating here in years, don't plan on going back. This used to be my favorite wing joint back in the day. Sauce has changed, hardly any sauce, wings skin to soft and rubbery. Fries to skinny ,short and hard. My food was awful.

Alot of hungry folks at American Deli the Saturday we all went. This is always a good sign, when it is crowded, letting you know it is worth the wait before you even order. I'll be going back soon!

Yal I ordered the 5 wings and fried rice he told me 16.49 for it. He must be on crack!!! That is insane, also the doors were filthy and that juice is so sweet it’ll kill you. I just asked for my money back I do not recommend this place at all. They have it prices so high bc we( us) frequent it. Just fry ur own chicken or go to A wings!!!

It say the open at 10am they walked to the door looked at us and didn’t open up

I went to pick up an order and walked right out. It smelled and looked so...unclean in there. It smelled like old grease and years of built up dirt. It was poorly ventilated as well. I would never eat anything from that location. It used to be so clean in there back in the day. They don't seem care anymore. I wish business owners treated customers like they would want to be treated.
