Subway - Brockville

You can find all the typical offerings of a Subway restaurant at this shop. However, they do not offer provolone cheese or paprika like some others do. The service is fast and the food is just as good as any other Subway location.

I visit this Subway restaurant at least once a week and I always receive consistently excellent service from the staff, particularly the three young ladies who make the sandwiches. They know my order and always double-check to ensure my tuna panini is made just how I like it. The team is kind, patient, and works well together. I use the Subway app to pay and they were patient with me and each other as we figured out how to use it. Thank you for always providing me with an excellent experience at Subway.

The sandwich was made to order quickly and with friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom was clean and perfect. It couldn't get any better for fast food.

Most employees were friendly, organized e lady repeatedly shoved the food waste (one along the cutting board) with her hand and did not change her glove. She threw my sandwich inconspicuously on the counter.

It was nice to see some teenagers actually working and chatting while not serving customers as opposed to being on their cell phones. The sandwich artist was great at adding a few extra pickles. As well, as they knew I was splitting a sub with...my mom, they went ahead and wrapped them and marked them individually for us. A nice touch. Will be back again.
