Dairy Queen - Brockville

The staff was incredibly friendly, except an employee. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but she was a well-aged woman, average height with a bigger structure. She was dressed in black dress pants a black zipper hood with her back... head shaved. She seemed in a management position (which, if she is, I complain that they are disappointed), but that is not confirmed. The store seemed to do with all the young employees who worked hard while standing on the window to see what I suspect was their phone instead of taking our money. When one of the younger employees finally came around with our money, I watched her walk back and let the two young girls edit the busy shop themselves. This woman seemed uninterested in her job and lazy in a word. She was no help for the rest of the staff and her facial expression seemed snippy. Apart from the unpleasant view I had from this woman, the entire staff and ice was good.

Warning! This Dairy Queen charges over 16% tax on orders. They deceive customers and are fully aware of the issue, but the management insists there is nothing they can do about it. After holding my ground and experiencing significant frustration, they finally applied the correct tax amount. Additionally, if you are a senior, make sure to request the seniors' 10% discount as it is not automatically applied.

Fast on the way home from Calypso. The place was absolutely dirty. No one in there, but we, still four employees who chat on the car thru windows. Tables all dirty. Blizzards were not mixed (not a big thing, ice is ice, but... just an example how the staff seemed completely uninterested in what they did). I don't think I've ever seen a restaurant dirty and disgusting. We'll never stop there again.

These incompetent workers cannot even get an order right, they have absolutely all my order wrong, they have not even got my drink right. Worst place ever, will never go again and I hope this facility burns.
