Xi'an Famous Foods Xī ān Míng Chī

Super great authentic Western Chinese place. The flavors are great. Fast service. Clean. Totally prepared for the lunch rush. Decent prices. Reminds me of places in Chengdu. Well done.

The best Xian branch. If the chef Chinese lady in house, the food will be on point. So GLAD they now open on Sunday!!!!

We visited on a Tuesday around noon. They were pretty backed up and wasn’t really able to handle the lunch crowd. People were getting a little impatient.Food:Noodles were fresh and authentic. The regular was not overwhelmingly spicy (esp for a weak sauce like me). A bit of heat and numbing.There’s more seating in the back, the front seating area is really small.

Cold noodles definitely hit the spot in warm weather. Their teas are pretty good too. Very limited seating inside, so give the place a quick look before ordering to make sure you’re not stuck holding a bowl of soup while looking for a place to sit.

Xian’s noodles are always great.Went around lunchtime and to be fair there is always a lunch rush but the staff seemed very I’ll equipped to handle it. It took over 35 minutes for the food to be ready (1 order of noodles)Handed me a takeout bag where the lid wasn’t securely on the container so broth and chili oil spilled everywhere. They apologized and said they would make me a new order but it would be another 30 min wait. I just left.I wouldn’t recommend this location.
