Panera Bread - Broad Channel

I go there for my favorite the Bear Claw! Always fresh and delicious. Friendly customer staff that’s a plus for me!

I tried the chicken BBQ mac and cheese. It was really good! There was plenty of seating on a Sunday afternoon to relax and eat. To use the bathroom you need a receipt, so don't throw it out!

Clean with good customer service. The splenda equal and milk desk is clean and hygienic. The floors are spotless. The coffee containers are full of hot coffee. They have a nice quiet 2nd floor with full AC blasting but there are no electrical outlet available unlike NJ Paneras. Great place to study with a hot coffee and soft quiet serene music playing in the background. This is one of the better run Panera I have seen and I have been to many. What more can one ask for?

My go to is always the pick 2 with a frontega chicken sandwich and chicken noodle soup. Healthy and delicious and a great pick me up for bad weather days. Their apples are always so fresh, crisp and juicy as well.

Went in there today around 5pm. Five Towns location, Queens NY. Ordered two chicken special,the cashier said it's cheaper to order with a side ...and he added a corn chowder..and we took a half sandwich chicken-avocado..I also took a loaf of bread from the shelf....BAM $44.25....unbelievable, no drinks too..sandwiches were average size..nothing special...albeit portions were in the smaller side too..nothing special...For the price we were paying for sandwices I was expecting more ... disappointed and upset..Food tasted ok..nothing woweee! ..Hey after that experience...I can safely say...I will not be frequening Panera Bread.. U get better choices out there. Just imagine I paid $44.25 for some small sandwiches for two people and it didn't even register in my stomach!
