Ny Grill Deli - Broad Channel

Bought a sandwich from the deli area. The guys in the deli making the sandwich were cool, the guys at the cash register need to work on their soft skills. Overall was a good sandwich.

The food is fresh and delicious. They have seating available inside to enjoy your meal. Great customer service.

Incredibly poor customer service and loyalty I went back to the store yesterday to return a quart of ice cream that was freezer burned. Had an extremely poor interaction with the cashier — who seemed to think I was trying to take advantage somehow. I have lived on the block for nearly 8 years now, and have literally purchased HUNDREDS of Häagen-Dazs ice cream from your store — and sometimes YOU were the cashier. The guys at the grill either discriminate against some customers or doesn't understand what “no lettuce, no tomato” mean. Once is an accident, twice, sure, three times, benefit of the doubt. But going 0/7 on sandwiches I ask for modified in the slightest way, no LT, or a dash of hot sauce, or salt, pepper, ketchup on a bacon, egg, and cheese. This is New York City.
