I’m very sad I no longer have a picture of the joloff dish. It was an absolutely delicious rendition, but it was also the most beautiful dish I’ve ever ordered in NYC. Run don’t walk status.

Do NOT order through TooGoodToGo. I went for a pickup and they told me they don’t know anything about it ‍ ️and didn’t register themselves on the app at all. I never tried the food. Just the pickup experience is bad.

I tried their food (Thiep with red rice white fish, and lamb with onions) for the first time this week and it was excellent. I closed my eyes and felt like I was eating food from back home in the Liberty 6 area of Dakar,Senegal. The quantity and quality of the food was exceptional. I'm a new customer and a fan. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had to throw out my entire order after waiting 4 hours for a meal that was dry, inedible and contained a foreign object I could have choked on. STAY AWAY. I will be surprised if I don’t get food poisoning from the little bites I did try to take.
