Jin Ramen Upper West Side

Have eaten here many times. My favorites are the Koru Tonkatsu and the Volcano Tonkatsu when I need some heat. It always seems busy and sometimes there can be a bit of a wait.

One of the best ramen spots in NYC no doubt. I've been here multiple times and all the stuff I've tried were amazing. My personal favorite is kuro tonkotsu — the broth has a rich flavor of pork without weird meaty smell. I believe they make their broth from scratch and I can taste that authentic flavor. Food is usually great. The 4 stars is bc service is not consistent. Sometimes it’s hard to find your server, sometimes they rush you out for no reason. But, again, food is definitely worth the wait and inconsistency.

This is the 4th time this week that I'm having ramen from this place. Being under the weather for the past week, the food brought me so much comfort and relief! I usually get the vegetable ramen with different preparation options (broth protein). Sooo good! Food is plentiful, well packaged and delicious! I get two meals out of this easy.
