A good no frills sushi joint. A selection is a bit limited but all the basics are covered and the fish is fresh. This is not a place to order omakase though. We ordered from the regular menu (not lunch special) and the portions are good sized and reasonably priced. Ate dinner here tonight and it was so delicious! We try a lot of sushi places in Brooklyn and Manhattan and this will be one we definitely go back to! Super affordable, best prices I’ve ever seen in NYC, and the freshest food. They had a ton of custom house rolls that were so great! We absolutely loves the Sakura and wish more sushi places had it. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was really quaint. I will definitely tell all my friends to visit! Thank you!

Good neighborhood sushi joint, with quality fish and reasonable portions to price. Ambiance is casual and approachable. Takeout business is strong.

Wow. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Nasty customer service when i placed a delivery order and (refused to take blame when they brought it to the wrong address), and it was a back and forth with a rude women for over an hour. they should have owned up to the fact that they wrote down the wrong address over the other way around. will not order from them again.
