Dunkin' - Broad Channel

I bought coffee here every day. The employee does not know how to communicate with customers, she is very rude and does not wear gloves during customer service.

This Dunkin had fresh donuts for late in the afternoon and a good selection. BUT this location does NOT have decaf coffee as an option. It is not that they needed to make it, they do NOT make it EVER! Not acceptable!

Every morning i put in an online order and every morning i wait longer then 10 minutes for it to be ready. They never start it until they see me

I throughly enjoyed Tina take the helm as she was helping to train a new counter person while at the same time take care of my order. Tina's very professional, quick and very cute (if you're reading this, I'd love to take you out on a date) Hint: The “English man”

Well-maintained for its high volume. Friendly foreign staff though not Englishly challenged. Bathroom functional if not so clean. But then again, I'm unsure if I want the employee who just buttered my bagel to have been scrubbing toilets moments before.: Parking only for about four cars, unless you roadside it.
