Cozy environment, food taste more better and is more fresh than Chiptole.

This food rivals Chipotle in my opinion for how yummy it is!! They are not really the same and I do enjoy dining here when there is one around instead of Chipotle which is everywhere. And I LOVE Chipotle. I especially love the farro they serve as a rice option. And I love the fact that they melt cheese on the tortilla before adding the burrito fillings. Just a wholesome and lovely experience. I just wish this location had more seating around but there is a public area with benches to eat outside right across the street which is nice if the weather is ok, which it was today!!

Wasn't bad wasn't great just another place for a very expensive item of food like every place else in midtown Manhattan. The food did seem fresh and the service fast but had to wait 10 minutes for someplace to sit for inside dining. And after spending 20 dollars on a burrito standing and eating wasn't my plan.

RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, LAZY Cashiers working here. The employees they hire here are near brain dead. I've been coming here since this location opened but no more. They just don't care.

I had a bad experience twice now, when ordering here for delivery. In both cases items were missing in the sealed bag when it was delivered.
