Gray's Ice Cream - Bristol

Soooo excited I found Gray?s! I cannot eat gluten due to an autoimmune disease and it?s very hard to find safe food. They guys here today were super helpful and I was able ti enjoy ice cream and a GF cone!! First time ever. Thank you!

Visited Gray's for the first time with my family this week. We had a massive order (15 or so in our party and the young woman working the window was so patient. She also listened intently when I explained my son had a gluten allergy and told me all theprecautions she would take (fresh utensils, washing her hands between orders, placing his toppings in a separate dish, etc. .Customer service like this can be rare. I hope her employer knows how wonderful she is!

Only giving it three stars because of good customer service but the ice cream itself was straight up bad. Had a syrupy, artificial taste unlike any ice cream I?ve ever had before. Not a fan.

Excellent ice cream place. Large portions, big selection, fast service. I had the mint chocolate ice cream and it was great. Recommended.

Ice cream was just okay. Not giving samples at the moment which made it hard to choose a flavor, and the Oreo sundae was heavy on every ingredient except the ice cream. But cute spot near the waterfront nonetheless!
